Spinach and Apple Salad

3 c. chopped, cored Braeburn apples | ||
¼ c. lemon juice | ||
1 (6 ounce) pkg baby spinach | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar | ||
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee blanched salted peanuts |
Directions
- Toss chopped apples with lemon juice in medium mixing bowl to coat.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach and apples.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mayonnaise mixture over spinach and apples. Toss to coat well.
- Top with peanuts. Serve immediately.
