3 c. chopped, cored Braeburn apples
¼ c. lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) pkg baby spinach
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
½ c. Hy-Vee blanched salted peanuts

Directions

  1. Toss chopped apples with lemon juice in medium mixing bowl to coat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach and apples.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over spinach and apples. Toss to coat well.
  5. Top with peanuts. Serve immediately.
