Spinach and Mushroom Salad with Vidalia Onions

1 (8 oz) pkg pre-washed fresh spinach | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg pre-sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
1 medium Vidalia sweet onion, thinly sliced | ||
½ c. Vidalia Brands' Vidalia sweet onion creamy dressing | ||
1 lbs. bacon, crisply fried and coarsely crumbled | ||
¼ c. Vidalia Brands' sour cream & onion petals, crushed* |
Directions
- Place spinach, mushrooms and Vidalia sweet onion in a large mixing bowl. Pour Vidalia Brands' Vidalia sweet onion creamy dressing over the salad and toss to coat well.
- Add bacon and toss briefly. Add crushed Vidalia Brands' sour cream & onion petals and serve.
- * Substitute your favorite Vidalia Brands' Petals for the same great taste.
