    1 (8 oz) pkg pre-washed fresh spinach
    1 (8 oz) pkg pre-sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium Vidalia sweet onion, thinly sliced
    ½ c. Vidalia Brands' Vidalia sweet onion creamy dressing
    1 lbs. bacon, crisply fried and coarsely crumbled
    ¼ c. Vidalia Brands' sour cream & onion petals, crushed*

    Directions

    1. Place spinach, mushrooms and Vidalia sweet onion in a large mixing bowl. Pour Vidalia Brands' Vidalia sweet onion creamy dressing over the salad and toss to coat well.
    2. Add bacon and toss briefly. Add crushed Vidalia Brands' sour cream & onion petals and serve.
    3. * Substitute your favorite Vidalia Brands' Petals for the same great taste.
