Spinach Bow Tie Bites

1 (12 oz) box Hy-Vee farfalle bow ties pasta | ||
1 c. prepared creamy spinach dip | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked, chopped | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 20 muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach dip, bacon, eggs, Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper and salt. Stir in cooked pasta, stirring to coat pasta. Divide pasta mixture among prepared muffin tins, pressing mixture to help keep shape after baking.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set and edges turn golden. Remove from oven and let rest 5 to 10 minutes before running knife around edges to remove from muffin tin.
