Hy-Vee veggie deluxe blend includes two types of lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, radishes, and snow peas as a base. It's an ideal blend for crunchy salads dressed with lemony vinaigrette and topped with chicken.

½ tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||

Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together salad blend, cucumber and chicken.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, oil, basil, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
