    1 cucumber, seeded and sliced
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
    1 lemon, zested and juiced
    ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

      Directions

      1. In a large bowl, toss together salad blend, cucumber and chicken.
      2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon zest and juice, oil, basil, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
