    1 (4 to 6 oz.) Atlantic salmon fillet
    Hy-Vee salt, to taste
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste
    1 ½ c. Dole endless summer salad kit
    ¼ c. mixed fresh berries

    Things To Grab

    • Silicone pastry brush
    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Lightly coat grill rack with additional olive oil. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat.

    3. Grill salmon over medium heat, over direct heat for 3 minutes. Flip and grill until salmon flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees), 3 to 5 minutes more. 

    4. Arrange salad greens in dish and top with dressing and berries. Top salad with salmon and serve immediately.
