Hy-Vee salt, to taste | ||

1 ½ c. Dole endless summer salad kit | ||
¼ c. mixed fresh berries |

- Silicone pastry brush
- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
Directions
- Brush salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Lightly coat grill rack with additional olive oil. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat.
Grill salmon over medium heat, over direct heat for 3 minutes. Flip and grill until salmon flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees), 3 to 5 minutes more.
- Arrange salad greens in dish and top with dressing and berries. Top salad with salmon and serve immediately.
