2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||

1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee meat tenderizer | ||
1 ½ lbs. 100% Natural Angus Reserve boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes | ||
1 large onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes | ||
1 (8 oz) container whole fresh mushrooms | ||
1 lbs. cherry tomatoes |
Directions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder and meat tenderizer. Mix well.
- Add sirloin steak to marinade. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning once.
- Discard marinade. Thread kabob skewers with steak, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Repeat once, ending with steak. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
