½ c. granulated organic sugar | ||
½ c. unfiltered apple juice | ||

Directions
- Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet. Add apples and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Stir in sugar and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in apple juice and cinnamon; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 10 minutes more or until apples are soft.
