Stovetop Tuna and Noodles

    2 (8 oz each) pkg dumpling noodles
    1 (26 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 can(s) water-packed tuna
    1 can(s) sliced mushrooms, optional
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas
    1/2 to 1 c. milk
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. In 8-quart saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
    2. Return noodles to pan. Add soup, tuna, mushrooms, peas and milk. Stir and heat until heated through, adding more milk as needed to keep mixture from sticking to pan.
    3. Season with salt and pepper.
