    2 c. sliced strawberries
    1 banana, sliced
    6 frozen Hy-Vee waffles, heated as directed on package
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee whipped cream
    1 ½ lbs. ham steak

    Directions

    1. Heat strawberry syrup in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds.

    2. Add strawberry syrup to sliced strawberries and bananas in medium bowl, stirring gently to coat fruit.

    3. Spoon strawberry mixture onto each waffle. Top each waffle with dollop of whipped cream. Serve with ham steak.
