2 tbsp. powdered sugar | ||

Directions
- Combine strawberries, orange juice and granulated sugar in medium bowl; cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, skim milk, powdered sugar and almond extract in mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Spoon strawberry mixture into 4 stemmed glasses; top each with one-fourth of mascarpone mixture. Garnish with almonds; add fresh mint, if desired.
