    ¾ c. Hy-Vee quick oats
    2 c. frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries
    2 (3.5-oz. each) pkgs. frozen acai concentrate, slightly thawed
    2 tbsp. cashew butter
    1 c. original oat milk
    Hy-Vee salt
    Desired toppings, such as: fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, fresh mango chunks, toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, Hy-Vee honey, and/or fresh mint

    • Blender
    • 4 (10-oz. each) bowls

    Directions

    1. Place water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in oatmeal. Let stand for 2 minutes. 

    2. Combine oatmeal mixture, frozen strawberries, acai concentrate, cashew butter, oat milk, and salt in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

    3. Divide among 4 (10-oz. each) bowls. Top with sliced fresh strawberries, fresh raspberries, fresh mango chunks, toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, Hy-Vee honey, and/or fresh mint.
