1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries | ||
1 (8 ounce) container Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt | ||
Ice cubes, optional |
Directions
- Break bananas into chunks and place into blender. Add milk, strawberries and yogurt.
- Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, add ice cubes for a frostier smoothie.
- Serve immediately.
