    1 Hy-Vee frozen 9-inch pie shell
    1 packet(s) Hy-Vee strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries in syrup
    1 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Directions

    1. Bake pie shell as directed on package.
    2. In mixing bowl, combine strawberry gelatin and 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Stir in frozen strawberries. Refrigerate until mixture mounds when lifted with a spoon.
    3. Gently stir in vanilla ice cream. Spoon into cooled crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
    4. Spoon mound of thawed topping on each piece.
