For tea concentrate, bring water to a boil in a tea kettle or a saucepan. Pour water into a 4-cup heat-proof glass measuring cup or storage container; add tea bags. Steep, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Gently squeeze bags with tongs and discard. Loosely cover the concentrate with plastic wrap or container lid and refrigerate until tea concentrate is completely cool. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
