1 c. sliced strawberries | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee fat-free vanilla yogurt | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
2 tsp. lime juice | ||
Fresh mint leaves, optional |
Directions
- Combine nectarines, strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
