Strawberry Peach Shortcakes

1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated Hy-Vee reduced-fat crescent rolls | ||
3 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
2 c. fresh sliced strawberries, divided | ||
2 peaches, sliced, divided | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out crescent roll dough, pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up, starting with a long end. Cut crosswise into 6 slices. Place each slice, cut-side-up in a greased muffin pan.
- Bake 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Place each cinnamon roll in a dessert dish. Top with 1 tablespoon whipped topping, 1/3 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup peach slices and 1 more tablespoon whipped topping.
