Directions
Make Tacos: Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Combine lime zest and juice and taco seasoning mix; rub steaks with seasoning mixture. Let stand at room temperature while preheating grill.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 6 to 9 minutes or until medium-rare (130 degrees), turning once halfway through. Cover; let rest 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grill tortillas for 1 to 2 minutes, or until warm, turning halfway through.
Cut steak in to thin slices. Serve steak in tortillas with Quick Mango Salsa. Top with cheese and, if desired, garnish with cilantro.
