    1 ⅔ c. water
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine
    1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pork stuffing mix
    2 acorn squash, halved and seeded

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. In a medium saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix and remove from heat. Cover and let set 1 to 2 minutes.
    3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture into the cavity of each squash.
    4. Cover with foil and bake 55 minutes or until the squash are soft and cooked through.
