    15 piece(s) fresh produce, such as apples, pears, limes, lemons, grapes, and/or rosemary sprigs
    2 large pasteruized eggs
    2 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar

    Things To Grab

    • Small bowl
    • Wooden toothpicks
    • Silicone pastry brush
    • Large decorative bowl or cake stands, for display

    Directions

    1. Wash and dry produce; set aside. Separate eggs, reserving yolks for another use.

    2. Insert a toothpick into the top of the produce for easy handling. Brush a thin layer of egg whites onto each piece of produce. Dip produce into sugar; set aside and allow to dry for at least 1 hour.

    3. Arrange fruit centerpiece in large decorative bowl or a series of cake stands.
