2 c. skim milk | ||
2 c. cold cooked rice | ||
1 c. (1 medium) diced banana | ||
1 ½ c. fresh raspberries | ||
6 tbsp. Cool Whip Lite, thawed |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and skim milk.
- Stir in rice. Gently fold in banana and raspberries.
- Evenly spoon mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
