1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
1 tsp. cornstarch | ||
4 large strawberries, washed and sliced | ||
2 medium kiwis, peeled and diced | ||
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
2 medium unpeeled peaches, washed and sliced | ||
1 c. halved red grapes | ||
6 Hy-Vee flour burrito tortillas | ||
½ c. cinnamon-and-brown sugar cream cheese |
Directions
- Over medium heat, bring lime juice, sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, strawberries, kiwis, oranges, peaches, and grapes to a simmer for 60 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Heat tortillas in microwave on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds.
- On one side of each tortilla, spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese around the entire outside edge of the tortilla. Place about 1/2 cup of fruit mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll, cut and serve.
