1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided | ||
2 large tomatoes, diced | ||
1 medium red onion, diced | ||
5 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard boiled and sliced | ||
2 c. frozen Hy-Vee sweet peas | ||
1 ½ c. reduced fat mayonnaise | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing | ||
6 Hy-Vee precooked bacon slices, crumbled |
Directions
- In a large glass serving bowl, layer romaine mix, 1 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, onion, sliced egg and peas.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Spread evenly over salad.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup cheese and bacon.
