    1 peeled and deveined shrimp, grilled
    8 oz. orzo pasta, cooked
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
    3 green onions, sliced
    3 tbsp. finely chopped basil
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Select garlic flavored olive oil
    1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    Salt and black pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Combine shrimp, orzo, bell pepper, tomatoes, green onions and basil in a serving bowl.
    2. Whisk together oil and lemon juice. Toss evenly to coat salad mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    3. Salad may be served hot or cold.
