1 medium cucumber, sliced, quartered | ||
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges | ||
3 tbsp. Hendricksons sweet vinegar and olive oil dressing | ||
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro | ||
Hy-Vee salt, to taste |
Directions
- Combine onion, cucumber and tomato in a medium bowl. Stir in dressing and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and salt before serving.
