1 Hy-Vee French baguette, halved lengthwise, then each half cut into fourths
2 c. arugula, divided
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee chopped olives, divided
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Spread sun-dried tomato and basil cheese mixture over each section of baguette. Top with arugula, olives and Swiss cheese.
  2. Toast under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
