Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Hamburgers

2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden® basil herb blend | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee mozzarella cheese | ||
4 ciabatta rolls |
Directions
- In a food processor, combine tomatoes, mayonnaise and basil. Process until smooth.
- Combine beef and tomato mixture mixing until just blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill patties, uncovered, over medium heat, approximately 14 to 18 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning once.
- Top each burger with cheese, serving each on a ciabatta roll.
