4 c. milk, scalded | ||

Directions
- Add rice to scalded milk in saucepan. Simmer until rice is done, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in egg, salt, sugar and vanilla. Cook until creamy.
- Pour rice into bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
