    2 c. Hy-Vee natural almonds
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp. water
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. allspice
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    3 c. Rold Gold honey wheat braided twists
    10 c. popped Hy-Vee kettle corn

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, whisk egg white and water together until foamy. Stir in almonds and toss to coat. Drain.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, salt and crushed red pepper. Stir in almonds to coat.
    4. Spread almonds in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool.
    5. In a large bowl, mix together pretzels, popcorn and almonds.
    6. Store in an airtight container.
