    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    1 (8 oz) pkg Dole European blend salad mix
    3 ripe plums, pitted and cut into eighths
    ¼ c. crumbled feta cheese
    ½ c. raspberry vinaigrette dressing

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine sugar, cinnamon, olive oil and pecan pieces in a small bowl. Toss to coat. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool 10 minutes.
    3. Divide salad mix among 4 salad plates. Top each with 6 slices of plum, 1 tablespoon feta cheese, 2 tablespoons vinaigrette, and 2 tablespoons pecan pieces.
