Directions
Place cereal and crushed graham crackers in a large bowl; set aside.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add 10-oz. pkg. marshmallows. Cook and stir until marshmallows are melted; remove from heat. Stir in cereal and crushed graham crackers until evenly coated.
Transfer cereal mixture to prepared pan. Press mixture evenly in the pan using the sprayed spatula; cool completely.
Cut cereal mixture into 20 (3x2-1/2-in.) bars. Spread each bar with 1/2 Tbsp. hazelnut spread. Top half of the bars each with 2 toasted marshmallows and 1 peanut butter cup. Top the remaining half of bars with a single layer of pretzels, breaking to fit as needed.
Place the pretzel-topped bars, pretzel side down, on top of peanut butter cups to sandwich.
