Directions
Stir together sugar, water and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; continue boiling for 10 to 12 minutes or until a candy thermometer temperature reaches 300 degrees, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in desired food coloring.
Holding the grape by its toothpick, quickly dip each grape, into the hot syrup* to coat. Gently tap the toothpick on the rim of the saucepan to remove excess syrup mixture from the grape. Continue holding the grape by its toothpick and quickly roll the grape in the lemonade powder to coat. Return to parchment paper-lined baking pan. Let coating completely cool and harden. Carefully remove the toothpicks.
*NOTE: Hot sugar syrup will burn your skin. When dipping grapes in hot syrup, be extremely careful to not let syrup drip down onto the toothpick.
