1 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Place sweet potatoes in a large pot. Fill with enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are very tender, about 12 minutes.
  2. Drain and place in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add butter, spices and salt. Mix until desired consistency is reached.
