½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar, divided | ||
1 peach, pitted and sliced | ||
1 nectarine, pitted and sliced | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
dash Hy-Vee ground cloves |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Top with peach and nectarine slices.
- In a small bowl, stir together remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
