    1 ½ c. Looza peach nectar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee cornstarch
    ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    4 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced
    4 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, divided
    ½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans, divided

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, combine nectar, cornstarch, cinnamon and sugar. Stir in peaches. Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture just reaches a boil, stirring frequently.
    2. To serve, place 1/2 cup ice cream in a serving dish. Top with 1/3 cup peach mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon pecans.
