Sweet Peaches over Ice Cream

1 ½ c. Looza peach nectar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee cornstarch | ||
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
4 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
4 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, divided | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans, divided |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine nectar, cornstarch, cinnamon and sugar. Stir in peaches. Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture just reaches a boil, stirring frequently.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup ice cream in a serving dish. Top with 1/3 cup peach mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon pecans.
