1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pear halves in Splenda, drained | ||
1 ¾ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix | ||
½ c. Equal Sugar Lite | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
¼ c. light butter, melted | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
1 (6 oz) container fat-free, no-sugar-added vanilla pear yogurt |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut pear halves into thin slices. Set aside.
- Stir together baking mix, Sugar Lite, milk, butter, cinnamon and ginger. Pour into a greased 8-inch-round pan. Arrange pear slices in a circular pattern on top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Spread yogurt over cake top.
