    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pear halves in Splenda, drained
    1 ¾ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix
    ½ c. Equal Sugar Lite
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ¼ c. light butter, melted
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    1 (6 oz) container fat-free, no-sugar-added vanilla pear yogurt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Cut pear halves into thin slices. Set aside.
    3. Stir together baking mix, Sugar Lite, milk, butter, cinnamon and ginger. Pour into a greased 8-inch-round pan. Arrange pear slices in a circular pattern on top.
    4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Spread yogurt over cake top.
