    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp. pomegranate arils
    ½ c. Hy-Vee crunchy peanut butter
    3 tbsp. caramel dip, warmed
    ½ c. Hy-Vee creamy hazelnut spread with skim milk and cocoa
    Basket & Bushel strawberries, halved; for serving
    Basket & Bushel blueberries, for serving
    Crav’n Flavor cinnamon graham crackers, broken; for serving
    Crav’n Flavor original vanilla wafers, for serving
    Hy-Vee pretzel rods, for serving
    Chocolate wafer cookies , for serving
    Apple slices, for serving

    Directions

    1. Split vanilla bean lengthwise with a knife. Using the back of a knife scrape vanilla seeds into a small bowl. Reserve pod for another use, if desired.

    2. Add mascarpone cheese, honey and lemon juice to the small bowl; stir to combine. Spread mascarpone mixture diagonally in center of an 18x12-in. serving board or platter. Top with pomegranate arils.

    3. Spread crunchy peanut butter on one side of the mascarpone mixture; drizzle with caramel dip. Spread hazelnut spread on opposite side of mascarpone mixture.

    4. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzel rods, chocolate wafers and apple slices around the spreads on the board or platter for serving.
