4 c. dry campanelle pasta or bowtie pasta | ||
2 c. hulled and quartered lengthwise strawberries | ||
1 ½ c. halved red grapes | ||
1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped | ||
1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 (8 oz) container Anderson Erickson lowfat vanilla yogurt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
½ c. toasted Hy-Vee pecans |
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, yogurt and cinnamon. Pour over pasta and fruit mixture and stir gently. Top with toasted pecans.
