1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained | ||
1 (9 oz) pkg Southwestern-flavored cooked chicken breast strips | ||
1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
½ c. light sour cream | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese |
Directions
- Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Drain in colander.
- Combine tomatoes, chicken, black olives and sour cream in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in fettuccine.
- Top with cheese before serving.
