    1 (9 oz) pkg uncooked refrigerated fettuccine
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
    1 (9 oz) pkg Southwestern-flavored cooked chicken breast strips
    1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    ½ c. light sour cream
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Drain in colander.
    2. Combine tomatoes, chicken, black olives and sour cream in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in fettuccine.
    3. Top with cheese before serving.
