2 tbsp. diced Vidalia onion | ||
¾ c. crushed Hy-Vee tortilla chips | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste | ||
6 Hy-Vee hamburger buns | ||
6 slice(s) fresh tomato |
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning, onion, chips, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
- Grill 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve each on a hamburger bun topped with sliced tomato.
