There's only six ingredients in this recipe, and you can probably guess two from the name alone. We weren't sure whether to call it a Minnesota Hot Dish or a Cowboy Casserole, so we settled for Tater Meatball Casserole.

Directions
Combine condensed soup, green beans and meatballs in a large bowl; spread in prepared dish. SPrinkle with cheese; top with potato puffs.
Bake for 1 hour or until heated through (165 degrees). Garnish with chopped bell peppers, if desired.
