    There's only six ingredients in this recipe, and you can probably guess two from the name alone. We weren't sure whether to call it a Minnesota Hot Dish or a Cowboy Casserole, so we settled for Tater Meatball Casserole.

    2 (10.5-oz.) cans cream of mushroom condensed soup
    1 (16-oz.) bag Hy-Vee frozen cut green beans, thawed
    1 (13-oz.) bag frozen Farm Rich homestyle meatballs, thawed
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (32-oz.) bag Hy-Vee frozen potato puffs
    1 red, or green bell peppers, chopped, for garnish

    • 3-quart baking dish
    • Large bowl

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Combine condensed soup, green beans and meatballs in a large bowl; spread in prepared dish. SPrinkle with cheese; top with potato puffs.

    3. Bake for 1 hour or until heated through (165 degrees). Garnish with chopped bell peppers, if desired.
