1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained | ||
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can northern beans, undrained | ||
1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, undrained | ||
1 (15.5 oz) can white hominy, drained | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained | ||
1 (4 oz) can diced chilies | ||
1 (0.4 oz) pkg Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix | ||
½ packet(s) taco seasoning | ||
¼ c. water | ||
shredded cheese and Frito chips, for serving |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine cooked beef, corn, beans, hominy, tomatoes, chilies, ranch seasoning and taco seasoning.
- Bring soup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
- Serve with shredded cheese and Frito chips.
