    1 lbs. lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 oz) can northern beans, undrained
    1 (16 oz) can pinto beans, undrained
    1 (15.5 oz) can white hominy, drained
    1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (4 oz) can diced chilies
    1 (0.4 oz) pkg Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
    ½ packet(s) taco seasoning
    ¼ c. water
    shredded cheese and Frito chips, for serving

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, combine cooked beef, corn, beans, hominy, tomatoes, chilies, ranch seasoning and taco seasoning.
    2. Bring soup to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
    3. Serve with shredded cheese and Frito chips.
