1 (16 oz) can fat-free refried beans | ||
¾ c. salsa, divided | ||
1 (12-inch) pizza crust | ||
1 c. shredded cooked turkey | ||
1 envelope(s) taco seasoning | ||
¾ c. water | ||
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese | ||
1 tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers | ||
2 c. shredded iceberg lettuce | ||
1 c. cubed tomatoes | ||
1 can(s) chopped olives, drained |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine refried beans and 1/4 cup salsa.
- Place pizza shell on a baking pan.
- Spread bean/salsa mixture over shell.
- Simmer turkey, taco seasoning and water in a skillet. Spread over refried beans.
- Top with grated cheese and jalapeno peppers.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- To serve, top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
