Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery. Cook for 5 minuets or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli; cook for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in condensed soup and milk. Add rice, chicken and cheese; stir until combined. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
