Directions
Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, mild or medium salsa, light red kidney beans, and shredded cooked chicken. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring often.
Add corn kernels, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. To serve, top soup with crushed tortilla chips, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro if desired.
