Did someone say apple pie for breakfast? We did! Add a heaping tablespoon of That's Smart! apple pie filling to these jumbo muffins for an ooey-gooey center you won't be able to get enough of.

Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown and granulated sugars, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Create a well in the flour mixture and add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined (do not over mix).
Scoop about 1/4 cup batter into prepared muffin tins. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon apple pie filling (about 2 to 3 apple slices) in the center of each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool muffins on a wire cooling rack. Serve warm, or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
