2 tsp. Cajun seasoning, or to taste | ||
2 c. That’s Smart! chicken broth | ||
1 (14.5-oz.) can That’s Smart! diced tomatoes, undrained | ||
2 c. uncooked That’s Smart! elbow macaroni | ||
½ (8-oz.) pkg. That’s Smart! cream cheese style blend, cut into cubes | ||

Directions
Add sausage, onion, red pepper and Cajun seasoning; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables soften and sausage is lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in chicken broth, undrained tomatoes and macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream cheese until melted. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
