    ½ c. Hy-Vee chunky blue cheese dressing
    ½ c. Hy-Vee buffalo wing sauce, plus additional for serving, if desired
    1 (10-oz.) can Ro-Tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
    3 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    ½ c. green onions, sliced, plus additional for garnish, if desired
    ¼ c. crumbled blue cheese, plus additional for garnish, if desired
    Hy-Vee tortilla chips, for dipping

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet; set aside.

    2. Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Beat in blue cheese dressing until combined. Beat in buffalo wing sauce until smooth and creamy. Fold in tomatoes and green chilies, chicken, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and blue cheese. Transfer mixture to prepared skillet.

    3. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with additional buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese, and green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
