1 (4 oz) thawed Fish Market tilapia fillet | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. snipped fresh chives | ||
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly season tilapia with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
- Cook tilapia 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tilapia is light golden and flakes easily. Remove from pan.
- Add butter and lemon juice to pan. Whisk until butter is melted. Pour over fish and sprinkle with herbs to serve.
