    2 (10 oz each) bags 60% dark chocolate chips
    ½ c. toasted sliced almonds
    1 (5 oz) bag Hy-Vee dried mixed berry blend
    ½ c. white chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
    2. In a double boiler over low heat, slowly melt dark chocolate chips, making sure to not overheat the chocolate. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Use a spatula to evenly spread chocolate; tap cookie sheet on counter to smooth. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and dried berry blend. Allow to set.
    3. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave until melted. Using a fork, drizzle white chocolate over dark chocolate layer. Cool completely; break into pieces to serve.
