20 Hy-Vee large ripe olives | ||
3 basil leaves, chopped | ||

1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar | ||
Hy-Vee sea salt, to taste | ||
freshly cracked Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, olives and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk oil and vinegar.
- Divide tomato mixture evenly among 8 plates. Drizzle each evenly with prepared vinaigrette; season to taste with salt and black pepper.
